AF300 Advanced Feeder

The succesor to the world reknown LB2 feeder, the Advanced Feeder retains the simplicity and flexibiity of the LB2 with the additional capability of handling products from 60gsm up to 30mm in thickness and a more efficient product changeover system.  Capable of handlling almost any flat product, the feeder has an increased output rating of 180m/min and, dependant on product, up to 1400 products per minute (streamed) amd 600/min (cycled).  The compact design and improved systems interface allows easy  and intelligent integration into any production line or packaging machine.  The final technical configuration of the feeder is determined by the specific requiremnts of the application. 

AFS300 Advanced Feeder - Servo drive

The AFS-300 AdvancedFeeder Servo version is the replacement of the very successful LHP Servo Feeder used to accurately feed out cards, leaflets, CD’s etc onto moving webs, carton blanks or other products. Based on the AdvancedFeeder construction it has the added benefit of servo drive and control for precise positioning of dispensed items to an accuracy of +/- 1.5mm.

Basic Feeder

The new Basic Feeder is designed for mid-performance production requirements.  Manufactured to have the same high degree of flexibility as the Advanced Feeder, the Basic Feeder will operate up to speeds of 80m/min.

Easyfeeder

The new EasyFeeder is the perfect entry model friction feeder for the separation of flat products.

Feeding & affixing unit

The carrier products are deposited in the friction feeder's vertival magazine, separated and transferred to the vacuum conveyor via the exit extension.

By integration of a hot melt application system as well as an LHP servo friction feeder above the vacuum conveyor the carrier product can be equipped with an additional product (e.g. account card on letter or gift card on eflyer), with continuous machine operation.

FlexiSeal

The wrapping equipment line named FlexiSeal can handle almost all types of products that are sold in display packs or hanger packs e.g. DIY and gardening-supplies, toys, drugstore goods, household articles, electronic accessories, and office supplies.

The machine can handle flat and 3-dimensional products with a thickness of up to 30 mm. Both clear and printed film can be used. Different pack styles are possible, e.g. packs with easy open perforation, with re-sealable flap, with different headers, or multi packs.

Protec Pack Mover

PACK MOVER line allows sheets counting directly from the pile eliminating the load /unload problem typical of ttraditional counters.The input pile is automatically aligned to the counting head.
It is the latest evolution of PROTEC line, physically counting the sheets one by one with the versatility, precision and reliability of DUAL SYSTEM. technology.

Protec

The PROTEC paper counter is the heir to the PROTEO counter, and is equipped with touch-screen technology and a new mechanical handler based on the DUAL SYSTEM double-blade aspiration system (B.MATIC patented). Optical statistics and mathematical counting are out; the sheets are counted one by one.

This is the only paper counter able to count batches of cardboard and plastic; it even tab-inserts separators.

PROTEC MINI sheets counter is the table version of PROTEC sheets counter.
