Advanced Dynamics Charged Up For Interplas
(Interplas, Birmingham NEC 4 – 6 Oct, Stand 5703)
The latest static control system from Advanced Dynamics Limited, which is set to revolutionise plastic and rubber handling, is making its debut appearing at Interplas 2005. The company will also be displaying a range of de-dusting solutions and complementary charging units, along with innovative thermoforming technology and in-mould labellers.
The new PerforMAX 3 is the most advanced static control system available for monitoring static neutralisation and provides outstanding extended range performance even when installed up to 250mm from webs and up to 500mm on winders. This system is also capable of neutralizing charged materials travelling up to 2,500 feet per minute, and faster depending on conditions.
PerforMAX 3 is suitable for a wide range of applications, including film rolls, plastic sheets, paper, printing plates, rubber covered conveyor belts, packaging machines, web systems and numerous other related applications.
Also taking a prominent position on stand 5703 is a new range of exciting dedusters from Pelletron, which are designed for the removal of dust and debris during the production or reprocessing of plastic.
Those involved in injection moulding will also benefits from a visit to the Advanced Dynamics stand. The company is displaying a range of ionising air blowers, such as the Sentry and AS-20, that are suitable for high volume production lines, with built-in fans that blow air over a series of anti-static bars.
Earlier this year the company signed an exclusive UK distribution deal for a new range of thermoforming machines designed and built by the top Italian company, AL.MA Srl Packing and Packaging Machinery. A selection of thermo-packed products will be on display, demonstrating the machines capabilities and applications, which include packing anything from toothbrushes, syringes and light bulbs, through to meat, pasta and cheese.
Joint managing director of Advanced Dynamics, Mr Mike Essler, who will be joined by his co-director, Mr Malcolm Little, at the show, said: “Advanced Dynamics has been supplying Simco equipment for a number of years and has proven to be a very popular choice for the plastic industry. The PerforMAX 3 is part of a new generation of static eliminators and I anticipate it will cause a stir among visitors to Interplas.”
The company is also exhibiting various other products including sample items from its latest in-mould labeller, a new Euro charging system and a tacky-roller for web cleaning.
“We have an extensive range of different solutions for plastic and rubber production, the display will only show a fraction of what we have to offer but it will represent our diverse and top of the range offerings,” said Mr Essler.
