Dynamic 2-In-1 Labelling Solution
Bradford based Advanced Dynamics Ltd, has announced an influx of orders for its two-in-one KöRa-Packmat feeder and Eurokett labelling system. The company’s impressive portfolio of customers includes a global medical device division, a leading commercial printer and a specialist stationery business.
The company’s latest installation is a high-speed greetings card system complete with an extended in-feed unit supplied to PrintCraft UK. The equipment comprises a Eurokett Ultra Stepper driven label applicator along with a KöRa-Packmat LB feeder and 2m long autoloader.
For large sheet artist boards of 400gsm up to A1 in size, the company recommends the package it supplied to RD Industries. This particular installation not only required pinpoint label placement accuracy but also needed to be handled with care to avoid blemishes on the products delicate surface.
Precision labelling and timed feeding into a cartoning machine was the key requirement of Stryker Orthopaedics when the company placed its order with Advanced Dynamics Ltd for the packing of instruction booklets.
To meet the high-speed handling and also provide reduced operating costs for Carlton Cards, Advanced Dynamics Ltd installed two special lines. The equipment not only allowed the customer to streamline a previously labour intensive process, but also increased efficiency to a level that allowed the production facility to expand operations and take on further work.
And finally, a feeding, labelling, final out-feed batch feeder and collation solution was recently supplied to the Greeting Card Group.
Advanced Dynamics offers one of the largest ranges of specialist feeding and labelling systems available in the UK. Equipment is offered to suit almost any card size from a postage stamp to A1, either as a stand-alone solution or as part of a fully integrated system.
Systems are available from Advanced Dynamics for handling thicknesses between 80gsm to 30mm, enabling the company to provide solutions for almost any application.
Complementary labelling systems are available from the company, with web speeds of up to 130m/min along with a label width of up to 240mm. Depending on the product stability the conveying system can also include vacuum suction for added drive.
