Packtech Exhibition 2009

For those visitors attending Packtech this year we would like to bring you up to date on the equipment that we will have on display together with new machinery that we have just launched.

FlexiSeal

Our wrapping machinery from Köra-Packmat has always been the market leader for display packing of flat products such as Greeting Cards, Photo Paper, CD’s, Telephone Cards, Labels etc in plain or printed films, with or without headers and with the option of a Euroslot for hanger packs.

PPMA saw the launch of a machine capable of producing the same high quality display and hanger packs, but for 3D products. The FlexiSeal uses flat film to produce automatically, in-line, empty bags that are then either manually or automatically filled with products at up to 80 packs per minute. Various counters, weighers and feeders are available to fully automate the production line. As well as a hanger pack option there is also the possibility of applying an easy open perforation or a re-seal facility. Samples of customer products can be made up on request.

New Top & Base labelling system

A completely new framework and conveying system on which to mount the range of Eurokett labellers will be on show. Additional rigidity and ease of mounting components is achieved by using the new aluminium profile sections, together with the ability to easily fit doors and cladding if requested. The system is equally suitable for the high speed Ultra range of labellers as well as the standard Junior dispensers. All systems can be upgraded to Print and Apply where required.

EasyFeeder

Just introduced and on show is the entry level feeder of the Köra-Packmat range. The EasyFeeder. This compact feeder can dispense A4 sheets at up to 60 cycles per minute. It is intended for the simple feeding of leaflets, postcards, booklets, envelopes, CD’s and many other flat items up to 6mm in thickness. The EasyFeeder is a "Plug & Play" unit delivered to you in a box, ready to use, and you will not believe the low price we are selling it at.

If your feeding requirements are more specific or specialised, then we have an extensive range of friction feeders, pick and place feeders, rotary vacuum feeders and top vacuum drum feeders that can solve virtually all feeding requirements.

Advanced Dynamics is capable of handling anything from supplying a single compact feeder or adaptable labelling machine, through to a tailor-made production line with automated feeding, labelling, printing and wrapping or bagging functionality. With the accumulated in-house knowledge it is possible to assess business needs and design a solution to improve product packaging standards, productivity and efficiency. All packaging systems are robust and designed in modular concept to integrate with current and future business needs.
