PACK MOVER line allows sheets counting directly from the pile eliminating the load /unload problem typical of ttraditional counters.The input pile is automatically aligned to the counting head.
It is the latest evolution of PROTEC line, physically counting the sheets one by one with the versatility, precision and reliability of DUAL SYSTEM. technology.

All PACK MOVERs count directly from the pile and pick the counted pack to lay it on a conveyor.
They may automatically feed the following in line steps: cutting, binding and packaging.
Or they can perform additional tasks, such as optical verifications, insertion of front and back cover, saddle stitching, and film wrapping.
It is the ideal solution for those needing to count and batch big quantities of sheets to be finished and packaged.

PACK MOVER CS is the machine of PACK MOVER line that counts the sheets, picks the counted pack and then inspectss the upper sheet by otptical sensors to provide security counting. On delivery, the packs are laid on a pile alternately staggering them to facilitate pick up.

How does PACK MOVER work.

• The sheets pile, placed on a pallet, is loaded on the PACK MOVER CS elevator.
• The Pile Straightener System at entry automatically jogs the pile aligning it to the counting head.
• The counting head counts the programmed sheets quantity and a pneumatic clip system picks the counted pack and lays it on a conveyor belt.
• Optical barcode scanners perform programmed verification on the front sheet for a security check.
• Having passed the verifications, the pack is placed on the output pile alternately staggered to facilitate pick up.
• In the meantime, the counting head has already begun counting a new pack.
