The PL-521 horizontal wrap around automatic labeling machine is designed to label unwieldy round containers horizontally oriented with a full or partial wrap label such as pharmaceutical ampoules, medicinal bottles, test tubes and other small cylindrical containers. With long term machinery experience, Pack Leader manufactured this labeler by continuous improvement. This labeler is done horizontally with walking feeder equipped with in-feeder, the collection mechanism depends on requirements to manage the whole continuous procedure in high speed.
By means of it's skillful auto feeder design and slanted conveyor made from special engineering plastic roller, it provides an efficient service to avoid damage to fragile containers like glass ampoules and vials. The perfect wrap around system ensures the most precise labeling on the container and eliminates the skewing of label on it to achieve the excellent labeling efficiency. It has fewer moving parts, and adjustments are easily made. Easy size change-over to handle containers with different diameters. This labeler can dispense up to 10-25mm diameter bottles and be equipped with printer for option.
