B.Matic

B.Matic are suppliers of sheet counting systems equipped with the new mechanical counting head using DUAL SYSTEM Technology and tabbing equipment. Counting is achieved by means of two vacuum plates that count the sheets one by one. Thanks to this patented technology it is possible to count exactly, paper, cardboard and plastic sheets from 40 GSM up to 800GSM with imperceptible corner deformation.

Counting is carried out from the top of the pile downwards unlike other sheet counters. This fact has allowed the development of the “Pack Mover”, a system for splitting the required number of sheets from the top of the pack.
